With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Barbara Thomas Clark (Shreveport, Louisiana), born in El Dorado, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 29, 2024 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred Knowles and Talmon Thomas; her brother Floyd Edward Thomas; the father of her children Ira Jack Pennington; and her husband William C. Clark.
She is survived by: her children, Cynthia Reese (Tom) and Jerry Pennington, Sr. (Kelley); her grandchildren, Michelle Pennington, Jerry Pennington, Jr. (Jessica) and Devyn Pennington; and her great grandchildren, Austin, Connor and Brice Pennington.
A graveside service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Forest Park West Cemetery (4400 Meriwether Rd, Shreveport, LA 71109).
