She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas and Clair Keith; her husband Richard Gay; and her siblings, Jimmy Keith, Mickey Keith, Popeye Keith, Margaret Guess and Martha Simpson.
She is survived by: her daughter Belinda Montgomery (Mark); her grandchildren, Matthew and Alicia; her son Rickey Gay; her grandchildren, Anna and Beverly Barr (John); her great grandchildren, Hollie, Aaron and Sarah Kate; her granddaughter Bonnie Floring (Tom); her great grandchildren, Caroline, Camille, Daniel, Catherine and Claire; and her grandsons, Brian Montgomery, Jarred Montgomery, Aaron Barr, Gilbert Gay, John Gay and Jeff Audirsch. She is also survived by twenty-two great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Trinity Heights Baptist Church (3820 Old Mooringsport Rd, Shreveport, LA 71107). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at the Lay Cemetery.
