It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Elizabeth Manhart in Shreveport, Louisiana, born in Hornell, New York, who passed away on January 18, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
