It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Ann Fertitta of Shreveport, Louisiana, who passed away at the age of 81, on January 13, 2025. She was predeceased by: her parents, Birdie Temple and Hawkins Temple; and her sister Louise Temple. She is survived by: her husband Joe Fertitta of Fertitta's; her children, John Lyon, Kelly Lyon of Shreveport, Lindsey Higgins (Tim) of Shreveport and Melissa Fertitta; her brothers, Harold H. Temple and Robert Temple (Eleanora) of Ruston, LA.; and her caregivers, Chanoliva "Noli" Bradberry, Tonnette Williams, Teresa Funchess, Sharon Hardin, Billie Stevens, Susan Teague, Sheryl Jeter, Caroline Wilkerson, Jennifer Hardey Scruggs, Jane Freudenberger and Paulette Freeman.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Osborn Funeral Home (3631 Southern Ave, Shreveport, LA 71104). A rosary was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cathedral of St. John Berchmans (947 Jordan St, Shreveport, LA 71101). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:15 PM.
