He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Eugene and Thelma Mae Upperman Elkins; and his sister Faye Elkins. He is survived by: his sisters, Connie Senn of Magnolia, AR and Rosemary Richerson (Kevin) of Magnolia, AR; and his close friend JoAnn Hansen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
