He is survived by: his pet Negro; his father John Stanley, Sr. of Shongaloo, LA; his sisters, Sherry Vaughan (Dale) of Homer, LA and Michele Packer Lento (Dean) of Haynesville, LA; his nieces and nephews, John Tyler Stanley of Shongaloo, LA, Justin Vaughan (Rebeka) of Siloam Springs, AR, Cora Vaughan of Freedom, OK and Presley Adkins (Logan) of Sarepta, LA; and his great-nephew J. T. Stanley, Jr..
