It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Butch Modisette of Shongaloo, Louisiana, who passed away on February 12, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Modisette and Lucille Burns Modisette; his son Timothy John Modisette; his grandson Kyle Patrick Modisette; and his brothers, James Sonny Modisette and John Buddy Modisette.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Modisette; his son Jerry D. Modisette (Kristi); his stepsons, Jeff Butts (Maria) and Joey Butts (Jessica); his grandchildren, Dylan Modisette (Bailey), Sarah Boyce (Nick) and Jinny Weir (Anthony); his great grandchildren, Madeline, Colson, Catherine and Myles; his niece Vicky Modisette; and his nephews, Randy Modisette and Mike Modisette.
