He was predeceased by: his wife Masil Gautreaux Guidry; his parents, Alzire Guidry and Raoul Guidry; his siblings, Roy Guidry, Francis Guidry, Mary Lou Broussard and Elaine Richard; and his great grandchild Kaycer Layne Hebert.
He is survived by: his children, Rachel Guidry Robin (Donovan) of Scott and Kenneth "Boots" Guidry of Scott; his sisters, Shirley Boss of Carencro and Audrey Smith of Youngsville; his grandson Bryce Aldrich of Taylor; and his great grandchildren, Brandon Aldrich, Briley Aldrich, Lettie Sloane, Gloriana Sloane and Peighton Claire Benoit.
