He is survived by: his wife Barbara Miller Manuel; his children, Kellie Aguillard Saccaro (Steven), Hayley Manuel De La and Sean Patrick Manuel (Ashley); his siblings, Hedy Manuel Andrepont (Dean), Harris Manuel, Jr. (Charlotte) and Wade Manuel; and his grandchildren, Mallory, Emily, Nicholas, Anna, Matthew, Ella, Natalie, Xavier and Nora.
