With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Marty Lynn Simmons of Scott, Louisiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Marty Lynn leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Marty Lynn may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.

He was predeceased by: his daughter Mallory Caitlin Simmons; and his father Roy Allen Simmons. He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Simmons Sonnier (Myles) and Hannah Simmons Hoffman (Jacob); his grandchildren, Honor Eleanor Hoffman and Myles Harrison Sonnier II; his mother Ruth Lampman Johnson; and his siblings, Susan Simmons Didier (Skip), Troy Simmons and Keith Simmons.

A celebration of life was held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 at 3:00 PM at 902 St Mary St, Scott, LA 70583.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
