It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lorena B. Moss of Scott, Louisiana, who passed away on September 21, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph W. Moss; her parents, Davis Bernard and Lula Bernard; and her siblings, Lawrence Bernard, Jerry Bernard and Eva Bernard.
She is survived by: her children, Karl LeCompte (Shirley), Bryan Anthony LeCompte and Lisa "Cush" LeCompte; her stepsons, Wendell Moss (Deirdre) and Wayne Moss (Janet); her grandchildren, Brandon LeCompte, Jason LeCompte, Cherrish Bailey (Brandon), Danielle Williams, Briggs LeCompte and Nathan Matusiczky; her stepgrandchildren, Jarrell Moss, Fallon Moss, Jared Moss, Janna Angelle (Aharon) and Javon Moss; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Delanie, Breckett, Nadya, Hendrix and Luca; her siblings, Michael Bernard (Brenda), Mary B. Broussard and Pernella Bernard; and her sisters-in-law, Marie Bernard and Geraldine Bernard. She is also survived by four step great-grandchildren; one step great-great grandchild.
