He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnoe LeBlanc and Elvie Breaux LeBlanc; his brothers, Silver Breaux Sr., Ophe LeBlanc and Dudley LeBlanc; and his daughter-in-law Lou Etta LeBlanc.

He is survived by: his wife Beulah Sampy LeBlanc; his children, Leon LeBlanc Jr., Linda Lee (Lemel Jr.), Norman LeBlanc Sr. (Debby) and Alton LeBlanc Sr. To; and his great grandchild London Lee. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and twenty-three great-grandchildren.
