It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Fontenot Jones (Scott, Louisiana), born in Ville Platte, Louisiana, who passed away on July 19, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Fontenot and Mary Aline Vidrine; and her brothers, James Ricky Fontenot, John Herman Fontenot and Wilfred Fonenot, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Franklin Duane Jones of Scott; her children, Chad McDaniel (Della) of Youngsville and Holly Napolitano (Tony) of Scott; her grandchildren, Logan McDaniel, Jacob McDaniel, Lane McDaniel, Josie McDaniel, Devan Credeur, Blake Napolitano and Noah Napolitano; her great grandchild Liam Credeur; and her brother Joseph Kenneth Fontenot of Ville Platte.
She previously worked as a nurse for Dr. Lahaye and later worked in Nursing Homes where she cared for Alzheimer patients.
