She was predeceased by: her husband Louis Walter Leveque Jr.; her parents, Frank A. Kampmann and Alvina P. Kampmann; and her siblings, Frank Kampmann Jr. (Buddy), Dorothy Gauthe and Margaret Ross (Butsy).
She is survived by: her children, Richard Leveque (Karon), Kenneth Leveque (Lise) and Laura Leveque; her grandchildren, Melanie Leveque, Lindsey Barbee, Karla Landry (Jake) and Julie Leveque; and her great grandchildren, Cruze, Kora and Kam.
