It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Dean Godfrey of Scott, Louisiana, who passed away on November 29, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Benjamin Godfrey and Ethel Mae Dodson Godfrey; and his siblings, Virginia Godfrey, Dee Dee Godfrey and Bob Godfrey.
He is survived by: his wife Eldine Meche Godfrey of Scott; his children, Connie Saulsbury (Willard) of Ozark, MO and Donnie Godfrey of Olathe, KS; and his stepchildren, Kim Fontenot of Thibodaux and Cindy Keane (Bob) of Isle Palms, SC. He is also survived by granddaughter, 4 Grand Daughters, 3 Step Grand Sons.
