He is survived by: his wife Theresa Leblanc; his children, Brenda Gail Guidry (Michael), Timothy Wayne Forestier and Danny Dale Forestier (Tallie); and his grandchildren, Chad Guidry (Connie), Monica Thibodeaux (Rocky), Brock Guidry (Lexie), Crystal Underwood (Kevin), Derek Forestier (Paige), Cory Forestier (Christie), Sarah Forestier (Scott Arnaud) and Hunter Forestier (Kel). He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
