She was predeceased by: her parents, Waldon Barras and Virginia Babineaux; and her brother Wayne Barras. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Boyd, Dawn Himel (Carol), Brett Himel (Samatha) and Travis Himel; her sister Faye Pellegrin (Duaine); and her former husband Donald Himel. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
