He was predeceased by: his son Baby Boy Parker; his parents, Clarence, Sr. Parker and Myrtle Moses Parker; his grandparents, Richard, Sr., Lillian Walker Parker, Arthur and Mary Moses; and his niece Kimberly W. Meade.
He is survived by: his children, Jarmal Parker, Chanel P. Charles (Roderigo) and Chante Parker; and his siblings, Clarence Parker, Jr. (Joyce), Margaret P. Williams and Mildred P. Williams (Columbus). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
