He is survived by: his wife Laurie Martinz; his children, Andy Martinz, Nicole Martinz and Taylor Martinz; his stepchildren, Baylee Reed (Jesse), Porsha Wadsworth, Josh Moffitt (Jamie) and Mercedes Logan (Chad); his sister Nylia Carbone (Nicola); his mother Anita Martinz; his grandchildren, LaiLahni Reed, Felix Reed, Brylen Logan, Amara Phillips, Nevaeh Phillips, Uriah Polsen, Makynleigh Polsen, Adi Moffitt, Brighton Moffitt, Dossen Moffitt and Lainey Jo Moffitt; his grandfather Charles Skidmore; his parents-in-law, Samuel and Joan Lamorie; his godmother Jean Jowers; his cousin Berk Boudreaux; and his brothers, Max Martinez, Joel Clouser, Barnum and Bailey Circus. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
