He is survived by: his wife Pat Hebert Smith; his children, Connie Smith Stevens (William), Lee Smith, Troy DeFelice, Todd DeFelice (Wynette) and Scott DeFelice (Donielle); and his sisters, Edith Smith Fanguy and Barbara Smith Hebert. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
