She was predeceased by: her father Terry J. Nettleton Sr.; her grandparents, Norris Nettleton Sr., Gertie Guidry Nettleton "Mamom", Melton Nelton Sr. and Anna Mae Matherne Nelton; and her aunts and uncles, Leroy, Anthony "Tony", Kary Paul, Larry Nettleton, Kay Francis Hebert and Shirley Naquin.
She is survived by: her husband Christopher "Chris" Smart; her daughters, Kaylin Alyssa, Paycin Elizabeth, Daytin Tessa and Tayrin Ariella; her mother Sandra Nettleton; her siblings, Courtney Nettleton Lirette (Jeremy) and Terry J. Nettleton Jr. (Ashley); her nieces, Maryssa Nettleton and Aubrie Autin; her godchild Terry J. Nettleton III; her aunt Christine Soltis (Danny); and her uncles, Melton "Neg" Nelton Jr. (Victoria), Keith Nelton (Sandra), Timothy "Yak" Nelton, Paran, Ronald "Doobie" Nelton (Mary Blackledge), Jerry Nettleton Sr. and Norris Nettleton Jr..
