She was predeceased by: her husband Bruce Leon Samanie Sr.; her sons, Bruce L. Samanie Jr. (Catherine Landry) and Daniel J. Samanie; her grandchildren, Lynn Oliver Samanie and Leon Paul Lirette; her parents, Conrad M. LeBlanc Sr. and Marguerite Naquin LeBlanc; and her siblings, Conrad LeBlanc Jr. (Larue Smith), Patrick LeBlanc Sr. (Grace LeBlanc Reed) and Florence Thibodaux (Robert E. Thibodaux Jr.).

She is survived by: her children, Dean P. Samanie, Judy Lirette, Pamela Webre (Bobby) and Sherry Samanie; her grandchildren, Darren Samanie (Angie), Conrad Samanie (Tina), Bryan Samanie (Linsi), Danielle Samanie, Christie Richard (James Relan), Amy Toups (Denise), Jonathan Samanie and Joshua Samanie; and her brother Robert P. LeBlanc (Gwen). She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes for donations to be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
