It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gertrude Jackson of Schriever, Louisiana, who passed away on November 14, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Elijah Jackson, Sr.; her son Elijah Jackson, Jr.; her parents, Sullivan, Sr. Ingram and Urcel Reed Ingram; her siblings, Benjamin, Sullivan, Jr., Sylvester Ingram, Urcel Bennett and Genevieve Ingram; and her grandparents, Benjamin, Sarah Ingram, Sylvester and Laura Reed.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin, Sr., Leslie, Henry Jackson and Constance Ingram. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren; twenty-six great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
