She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Rider and Lucy Serpas Rider; her husband Frank Markert; and her siblings, Lelia R. Gutierrez (Lloyd), Paul Rider (Rita) and Ione R. Falgout (Ray). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home (701 W Virtue St, Chalmette, LA 70043). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 21st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
