He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Legendre. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Thibodeaux Legendre; his sons, Derek Legendre and Donny Legendre (Mary); his grandchildren, Ethan, Blake Legendre, Kason, Olivia Legendre and Jayce Bourg; his siblings, Byron Legendre (Gina), Chad Legendre (Jennifer) and Celeste Hebert (Mike); and his godchild Dex Legendre. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Schriever Lion's Club via South Louisiana Bank.
