He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie Frederick Sr. and Juliette Jacob Frederick; and his brothers, Eddie "June" Frederick Jr. and Glen Frederick. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Breaux Frederick; his daughters, Wendy Ortego (Burt) and Wanda Rodrigue (Robert); his grandchildren, Lauren Frederick Dugruise (Ryan), Collin Ortego and Grant Ortego; his stepgrandchildren, Alyssa Ayo (Kyle) and Dawson Rodrigue; his great grandchildren, Joshua Dugruise and Zachary Dugruise; and his siblings, Johnny Frederick, Emile "Bay" Frederick and Rita Adams.
