He is survived by: his wife Robin Duet Cortez; his children, Lee Cortez (Andree) and Angie Ockmond (Josh); his siblings, Charlie Cortez (Betty) and Debby McGee (Marcel); and his grandchildren, Emily Cortez, Luke Cortez, Matthew Cortez, Kate Ockmond, Andrew Ockmond and Blake Ockmond.
