She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Peltier and Noelie Peltier; her siblings, Donald Peltier and Elaine Peltier; and her half-siblings, Edward, Jimmy, Samuel Jr., Allen, Richard Peltier, Evelina Himel, Helena Mire, Beatrice Lasseigne and Una Mae Moorman.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry McLain; her son Curtis McLain (Christen); and her grandchildren, Danielle, Daniel and Danica McLain. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Philomena Catholic Church (108 Brule Rd, Labadieville, LA 70372). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, August 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
