It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Dale Frazier of Sarepta, Louisiana, who passed away on June 21, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellie Frazier and Nora Lee Miller Frazier; and her sisters, Mary Davis and Charlotte Ann Payne. She is survived by: her sister Martha Loftis (Doyle) of Sarepta, LA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
