She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Patterson and Millie Patterson; and her sisters, Mae Hunter and Deborah Harding. She is survived by: her children, Angela Newsom (Wayne), Jennifer Smith and Andy Merritt; her grandchildren, Jessalyn Myers (Josh), Katelyn Mitchell (David), Justin Bennett and Trey Newsom; and her great grandchildren, Channing Bennett, Gatlin Mitchell, John Mitchell, Waylon Mitchell and Elena Myers.
