He is survived by: his wife Glennie Sullivan Ratliff of Sarepta, LA; his sons, Paul Ratliff (Carol) of Swoope, VA, Gerald Ratliff (Sarah) of Sarepta, LA, Kevin Ratliff of Sarepta, LA and Jason Ratliff (Pamela) of Springhill, LA; and his brothers, William Ratliff of Wallington, NJ, Joe Ratliff (Gail) of Piscataway, NJ, Edward Ratliff of Sarepta, LA and Ruben Ratliff of Sarepta, LA. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
