She was predeceased by: her mother Enolie Fields Sullivan; her husband James Howard Ratliff; her father William Marshall Sullivan; and her sisters, Hazel Marie Cooper and Mary Nettie Ward.
She is survived by: her sons, Paul Ratliff (Carol) of Swoope, VA, Gerald Ratliff (Sarah) of Sarepta, LA, Kevin Ratliff of Sarepta, LA and Jason Ratliff (Pamela) of Springhill, LA. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-one great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
