She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Lee and Lillie Moreland Slack; her siblings, Amy Hutto and Willie Lee Slack, Jr.; and her husband Roderick Harlow Parker.
She is survived by: her children, Ronnie Parker (Kathy Miller) of Sarepta, LA and Anita Morden (Tommy); her grandchildren, Justin Morden, Lauren of Russellville, AR, Jonathan Morden, Ashlea of Fayetteville, AR, Hannah Pate of Stuttgart, AR, Kasi McLemore of Marion, LA and Wesley Parker of Magnolia, AR; and her great grandchildren, Stacie, Riley, Jacob, Barrett, Ollie and Atulyn.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bailey Funeral Home - Springhill (304 First Street, Northwest Springhill, LA 71075). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 102 Coyle Ave, Sarepta, LA 71021.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cornerstone River of Life, 102 E. Coyle St., Cullen, LA 71021.
