It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Velton Harper (Saline, Louisiana), who passed away on October 27, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Blewer and James of Julie Waggoner; his grandchildren, Micheal Cannon, Michelle Cannon, William Harper, Lauren, Nikki Blewer, Vikki Blewer, Nick Blewer, Whitney, Josh Blewer, Brittany, Joey Blewer, Haylie and Craig Waggoner; his siblings, Patricia Barringer, Thomas R Harper and Ivan Wise; his wife Donna Harper; his daughter Jo Ann Harper; and his parents, William Velton and Julia Madeline Harper (Caskey).
