He was predeceased by: his parents, David Wallace Rhyne and Clara Elizabeth Morgan Rhyne; and his son Richard Rhyne Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Rhyne of Scottsville, KY; his sons, Justin Rhyne of Texas and Josh Rhyne of Michigan; and his siblings, Charles Foster of St. Rose, LA, Herbert Benham of Cumberland Furnace, TN and Jennie Bartlett of West Point, MS.. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren, loved by many nieces and nephews.
