She is survived by: her child Lisa Sackett (Michael); her sibling Adele Orlansky (Melvin); and her grandchildren, Meagan Sackett Cancio (Guillermo), Jennifer Weinstein, Melanie Weinstein, Zachary, Lauren and Kate Weinstein.
