He was predeceased by: his parents, Lennis Case, Sr. and Cynthia Babineaux Case Berthelot; and his brother-in-law Bryan Broussard, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Jenny Case; his daughters, Madison and McKenna Case; his siblings, Lennis Case, Jr., Leeann Broussard, Wendy Case and Christy Horton; and his stepfather Gerald Berthelot. He is also survived by six step brothers and sisters.
