He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ambroise, and Hazel Mitchell Ambroise, Sr.; and his grandchild Demi Jade Ambroise. He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise Roberts Ambroise; his children, Marvin Ambroise, Jr. (Alicia), Dexter Ambroise (Rachel), Shayla Hurst (Jeremiah) and Courtney Solomon (EJ); his brother James Ambroise, Jr.; his grandchildren, Aliyah Ambroise, Marvin Ambroise III, Alexiona Ambroise, Trevian Ambroise, Asija Ambroise, Jeremiah Hurst, Jr., Deslyn Ambroise and Shane Hurst; his great grandchildren, Roman Ambroise and Jayden Tarver; his siblings-in-law, Roy Roberts, Sr., Harry Roberts, Sr., Collins Roberts, Sr. and Elsie Gedward; and his godson Eric Mitchell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
In addition to PHI and Pennzoil, Marvin made significant contributions to Martin Mills, Petroleum Security (PetSec), and Home Depot.
