He is survived by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Boudreaux; his children, Dr. Kelly Boudreaux, Jr. (Allyson Boudreaux), Matthew Boudreaux, Maudrey Maria Durand (Corey) and Megan Boudreaux Broussard (Brad); his stepsons, Brandon M. Amato (Blair), Jonathan D. Amato and Geoffery M. Amato (Karen); his siblings, Rusty Boudreaux (Gina), Darby Boudreaux (Kim), Lana Angelle (Chris), Jackie Broussard (Jerry), Darlene Badeaux (Wayne), Susan Hill (Jim), Leslie Romero (Tracy) and Holly Verret (Hutch); his grandchildren, Kellan Boudreaux, Cole Boudreaux, Klein Boudreaux, Drew Durand, Emily Durand, Ava Broussard, Grayson Broussard, Presley Boudreaux, Gentry Boudreaux, Kipptyn Boudreaux and Landree Boudreaux; his stepgrandchildren, Lyla Amato, Kenzie Amato, Ashton Amato, Ella Amato, Logan Amato, Mason Amato, Jett Amato, Joceyln Amato and Gavin Amato; his sister-in-law Sandra Boudreaux; and his pets, Swoosh, Petey, Jewel, Wednesday and Snicker.
