She is survived by: her husband LeRoy Poirier; her children, Roy Poirier (Patsy), Keith Poirier (Trilana), Darren Poirier, Rachel Poirier (Todd) and Sandy Martin; her grandchildren, Brody Poirier (Heather), Brooke Mitchell (Ron), Bronze Poirier (Madison), Cammie Poirier, Page Castille (Evan), Sumer Poirier (Zack), Harley Taylor, Everly Poirier, Colten Dore' (Seth), Holden Martin (Kamy) and Allene Martin; and her brother Melvin Tauzin. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 from 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Pellerin Funeral Home - St. Martinville (112 N New Market St, St Martinville, LA 70582). A rosary was held on Sunday, December 15th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at the St. Michael Cemetery (101 Cemetery Rd, St Martinville, LA 70582).
