We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2024, at the age of 72, John Guidry of Saint Martinville, Louisiana, born in Morgan City, Louisiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon "Toby" Guidry and Mirabelle "Belle" Guidry; and his siblings, V. Jack Guidry, Linda Guidry Stanley and Yvette Guidry Tingle.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Souza Guidry; his children, Roy L. Savell and Nina Shields (Gene); his grandchildren, Lukas Pyle and Kaleb Pyle; his sister Judith "Judy" Weber; his siblings-in-law, Beryl Guidry Browning, Mary Upton (Micheal), Donald Vicknair, Darrin Vicknair (Jennifer) and Father Jerry C. Kittredge (Virginia); and his caregivers, Courtney, Lana, Liz, Doriene and Cindy. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
