He was predeceased by: his son Donovan Mallery; his siblings, Carolyn Bourda, Madeline Augilliard and Anthony Gerard Jr.; and his mother Goldie Mallery.

He is survived by: his children, Hilton Mallery Jr., Corey Mallery and Natalie Christophe; and his sisters, Mary Alma Auguillard and Lucille Gerard Gordon. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
