He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette Broussard Guidry; his parents, Whitney Guidry and Lillian Latiolais Guidry; and his brothers, Dalfred Guidry, Carroll Guidry and Curtis Guidry.
He is survived by: his sons, Glenn Guidry (Cindy) and Ricky Guidry (Debbie); his grandchildren, Benjamin Guidry (Bridget), Natalie Armentor (Beau) and Samuel Guidry (Ryan); and his brother Kirby Guidry (Faye). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
