He was predeceased by: his wife Lula Mae "Loon" Delahoussaye; his parents, Alexis Delahoussaye and Natalie Landry Delahoussaye; and his grandson Derek Jude LeBlanc. He is survived by: his children, Linda Montet (Wayne), Diana LeBlanc, Danny Delahoussaye (Deanna), Gerald and Craig Delahoussaye (Sheri); his grandchildren, Christopher Montet, Shane LeBlanc (Mandy), Kasci Montet, Jamie Montet (Jason), Lacey Theriot (Jake), Jade Borel (Blaine), Madison Delahoussaye and Chloe Delahoussaye; and his great grandchildren, Austen Montet, Sydney LeBlanc, Lona LeBlanc, Alyssa Casey, Brielle Casey, Ava Theriot, Briggs Theriot, Carter Borel, Peyton Borel and Cullen Delahoussaye.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Pellerin Funeral Home (112 N New Market St, St Martinville, LA 70582). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Martin de Tours Catholic Church (133 S Main St, St Martinville, LA 70582). A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at the St. Michael Cemetery (101 Cemetery Rd, St Martinville, LA 70582).
