He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Russo; his children, Victor Russo (Marie), Patricia Russo and Elizabeth Hidalgo (Shawn); his brother Leonard Russo (Janis); and his grandchildren, Taylor, Bethany, Mylie, Conner, Eli, Owen and Jaymson.

A burial was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at the St. Michael Cemetery (101 Cemetery Rd, St Martinville, LA 70582).
