He was predeceased by: his wife Russeline Anne Boudreaux Barras; his parents, Charles Barras and Angelle Latiolais Barras; his siblings, Harris Barras and Helen Robicheaux; his parents-in-law, Ruby Hotard Boudreaux and Louis Boudreaux; his great grandchildren, Braizlyn Guilbeau, Brennan Dauphine and Rylie Dauphine; and his brothers-in-law, Floyd Robicheaux and Donald Thomas.
He is survived by: his children, Randy (Tracy), Pam (Elmer), Blaine and Roxanne "Nunnie"; his siblings, Louis (Barbara), Mervin (Laura), Michael (Deborah), Annabelle (Jessie) and Maryann; his grandchildren, Sable Guidry (Jullian), Thad Guidry (Meghan), Danika Guilbeau (Health "Blu"), Brooke White (Forrest), Blaze Barras (Faith), Brielle Leblanc (Blake), Ashley Dauphine, Shane Dauphine Thibodeaux (Jenna), Ryan LaGrange, Dusty LaGrange and Brent LaGrange (Robin); his great grandchildren, Kashtyn Brasseaux, Cali Lopez, Kayson Collette, Khloe Guilbeau, Kade Guilbeau, Johnathan Guilbeau (Ella), Owen Guidry, Breana Romero, Sophia Barras, Laila Barras, Ayce Duplechein, Brynlee Dauphine, Sonny Leblanc, Jerzi LaGrange, Ashton LaGrange, Lexon Schexnider, Logan Schexnider and Braylin Kibodeaux; his brother-in-law John Michael Boudreaux; and his children-in-law, Randy Dugas and Nicole Boudreaux.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dion Hall (4452 Catahoula Hwy, St Martinville, LA 70582). A rosary will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:15 AM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at the St. Michael the Archangel Cemetery (1454 Henderson Hwy, Henderson, LA 70517).
