With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Anna P. George of Saint Martinville, Louisiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 8, 2025 at the age of 84. She was predeceased by: her husband Albert George, Sr.; her parents, Lloyd Perrodin and Mable Narcisse Lewis; and her grandson Elliott Richardson. She is survived by: her children, Pamella Richardson, Albert George, Jr. (Jamese), Debra Walker, Sandra Long (Reginald) and Didi Holmes; her grandchildren, Reva Abraham (Freddie), Eric Richardson, Jr., Ceciley Ledet (Justin), Xavier George, Ja'don George, Antionette Walker, Destiny Robertson (Claude), Clynesha Walker, Reginald Long, Jr., Sharnada Provost (Brashawn), Amber Holmes and Ariel Holmes; and also Patricia St. Julien (Patrick, Sr.). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Pellerin Funeral Home - St. Martinville (112 N New Market St, St Martinville, LA 70582). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at the House of Love Cemetery (700 Church St, St Martinville, LA 70582).
