He is survived by: his son Lee Paul Carter of Lake Charles; his parents, Jennifer Fontenot Gaitheright (Gerald) of St. Landry and Robert "Bobby" Carter of St. Landry; his fiancée Samantha Chaddrick; his fiancée's children, Annabelle, Madalynn and Genevieve of St. Landry; and his siblings, Jamie Carter of St. Landry and Daniel Lee Cater of St. Landry.
