She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude O'Bannion and Eoma O'Bannion. She is survived by: her husband William E. Norred, Jr.; her daughters, Noreene Rivera (Michael, Sr.) of Magnolia, TX, Monica Clark of Turkey Creek and Kathryn Hernandez of Alexandria; and her grandchildren, Tabitha, Michael Jr., Matthew, Kennon, Kathryn, Joe, Natasha and Joshua.
