She was predeceased by: her husband Jarrell B. Perkins, Sr.; her parents, Floyd O. Grimball, and Amelia Castete Grimball, Sr.; and her brothers, Bobbie R. Grimball, Floyd Overton Grimball, Jr., Larry G. Grimball and Willard C. Grimball.
She is survived by: her children, Jarrel "Jerry" Perkins, II (Kelly), Gregory G. Perkins (Mary), Chuck A. Perkins (Stacey) and Susan Perkins Young (Ethan); her siblings, Harvey Grimball (Connie) and Joyce Sparkman; her grandchildren, Bradley Burnaman, Luke Perkins, Christina Young Pitre, Justin Perkins, Jason Perkins, Jaydan Perkins, Jesse Dauzat, Kayla Dauzat, Ariel Perkins Estes and A'melia Perkins; and her sisters-in-law, Josie Grimball, Terry Grimball and Loyce McMorris. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
